From IBERPAPEL S.L.U. we want to make our priority objectives known in order to offer a good service to our customers and for the continuous improvement of our processes, also taking into account the environmental cost of our production activity. For this we have a team of professionals trained to assume the responsibility of performing their work with the highest quality.<\/p>

In accordance with the values of the organization we have implemented a Management System that integrates the following standardized norms UNE EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE EN ISO 14001:2015 and Forest Stewardship Council\u00ae (FSC\u00ae- C130736) making a strong commitment based on the following principles:<\/p>

  • Maintain the Integrated Quality, Environmental and Chain of Custody Management System, continuously improving in the optimization of the company’s processes and activities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of all our customers and ensuring the responsible use of all our external recognitions.<\/li>
  • Offer the customer a highly specialized service adapted to the technological progress of our products.<\/li>
  • Provide all personnel with the necessary technical and human resources to guarantee an adequate response capacity, a good teamwork environment and motivation.<\/li>
  • Comply with current legislation, environmental and occupational health and safety regulations applicable to the organization’s activities.<\/li>
  • Promote the rational and efficient use of the natural resources necessary to develop the activity.<\/li>
  • Guarantee the achievement of the circular economy objective in the medium term, paying special attention to waste management in order to minimize the impact that direct activities may have on the environment, using the best pollution prevention techniques available.<\/li>
  • Inform and raise awareness among our own personnel and those of collaborating companies of the best practices to be followed.<\/li>
  • Periodically review this Policy in order to guarantee its continuous adaptation.<\/li>
  • Establish Quality and Environmental objectives within the management system in such a way that they are quantifiable and measurable, as well as plan periodic reviews of these objectives.<\/li><\/ul>

    The Management, based on this policy, communicates to the rest of the organization the importance of the Integrated Quality, Environmental and Chain of Custody Management System.<\/p>
